1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dealer Software Solutions, LLC governing your use of Bridge ("Extension" or "Service").
2. Description of Service
Bridge is a Chrome extension that:
- Captures deal data from Toyota MST Console
- Transforms data to CDK-compatible format
- Syncs deals to CDK F&I via SOAP API
3. Eligibility
To use Bridge, you must be:
- An authorized employee of a Toyota dealership
- Authorized to access both MST Console and CDK systems
- Using valid CDK credentials provided by your dealership
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the extension only for legitimate dealership business
- Maintain the security of your CDK credentials
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
- Not use the extension to sync unauthorized or fraudulent data
5. CDK Integration
Bridge is a CDK certified integration. You acknowledge that:
- CDK API usage is subject to CDK's terms of service
- Your dealership must have valid CDK credentials
- CDK may modify or restrict API access at any time
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE EXTENSION.
