Introduction
Dealer Software Solutions, LLC operates Bridge, a Chrome extension that syncs deal data from Toyota MST Console to CDK F&I systems. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our extension.
Key Principle: Bridge is a pass-through tool. We do not store, retain, or have persistent access to any deal data. Data flows directly from MST to CDK.
Data We Process
Deal Data (Pass-Through Only)
When you sync a deal, the extension temporarily processes:
- Customer information (name, address, contact details)
- Vehicle information (VIN, make, model, year)
- Trade-in details if applicable
- Deal structure and pricing
This data is transmitted directly to CDK and is not stored by Bridge.
Extension Configuration
We store locally on your browser:
- CDK credentials (encrypted)
- Sync preferences
- Sync history (metadata only, no deal details)
Data Flow
Data flow is direct and immediate:
- MST Console → Bridge Extension → CDK SOAP API
- No intermediate servers or storage
- All transmission encrypted via TLS
What We Don't Do
- We do not store deal data on any server
- We do not transmit data to any third party besides CDK
- We do not have access to your CDK credentials
- We do not track or analyze deal information
